1. The Yooma Experience & Location

Where is the Yooma Urban Lodge exactly located? We are located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, on the Quai de Grenelle, facing the Maison de la Radio. The location is ideal: just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower, the banks of the Seine, and the Beaugrenelle shopping center.

What is the hotel's concept? Yooma is a design and urban living space, specially designed for "tribes." We offer modular rooms accommodating up to 6 people, convivial spaces, retro-gaming, a gym, and a varied dining offer.

2. Rooms & Accommodation

What is the capacity of your rooms? That’s our specialty! Our flexible rooms can host 2, 4, 5, or 6 people. It is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends.

How are the sleeping arrangements configured? In our family rooms, we feature "pods" (designer bunk beds that are comfortable and secure), offering privacy to everyone while sharing the same room.

Do the rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower? Our rooms do not offer a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. However, she is your neighbor! You can admire her as soon as you step out of the hotel, just a few minutes' walk away.

What amenities are in the room? For your comfort, every room is air-conditioned and soundproofed. They feature:

A bathroom with a hairdryer.
An individual safe.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
Please note: There is no minibar in the room.

Do you have baby equipment? Yes, baby cots are available free of charge (upon request and subject to availability).

3. Dining & Bar

Is dining available on-site? Absolutely, we have something to satisfy every craving!

Polichinelle Restaurant: Discover our famous seasonal, gourmet vegetable buffet. This is also where you can enjoy our Brunch, served every Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays.
Bar Yooma: For a more relaxed atmosphere, we offer a varied menu featuring pizzas, burgers, fish & chips, and other tasty dishes.

4. Services, Family & Leisure

Are families welcome? More than welcome—you are at home here! In addition to our family rooms, we provide nurseries on every floor (equipped with baby baths, changing tables, microwaves, and bottle warmers) to make the stay easier for young parents.

What leisure activities are available? Yooma is a lively place featuring:

Gaming: 4 arcade machines available for free access.
Sport: A fitness room accessible free of charge.
Relaxation: Convivial common areas and a lobby bar.

Is the Wi-Fi free? Yes, very high-speed Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the establishment.

5. Arrival, Departure & Logistics (Parking / Luggage)

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.
Option: Early check-in or Late check-out are possible upon request (subject to availability and extra charge).

Do you have a parking lot? Yes, we have a private car park on-site. ⚠️ Important:

Reservation is mandatory before your arrival (limited spaces).
The maximum authorized height is 1.80 m (5.9 ft). Please check your vehicle dimensions (especially roof boxes, large SUVs, and vans).

Can we store our luggage securely? Yes, connected automatic lockers are available (paid service). You can safely store your suitcases before you get your room or after you have checked out.

Is a security deposit required upon arrival? Yes. A bank pre-authorization is performed at check-in to cover extras or potential damages. This is not a debit, but a temporarily blocked amount that will be released after your departure.

Do you accept pets? No, for the comfort of all guests, pets are not accepted (with the exception of guide dogs).

6. Access & Groups

How do we get there by public transport?

Metro: Bir-Hakeim (Line 6) or Dupleix / Charles Michels.
RER (Train): Champ-de-Mars Tour Eiffel (RER C).
Bus: Lines 70, 72 (stop: Radio France or Pont de Grenelle).

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)? Yes, the entire hotel is wheelchair accessible, and we have rooms and bathrooms specifically adapted for PRM.

Do you host groups and seminars? Yes, we regularly welcome groups (school, sports, corporate) and offer modular seminar rooms as well as privatization of spaces.
